"Very caring and devoted to the rights of elders and the family they have. I can't say enough good things about them. On top of it and walking me thru the paces as I venture thru this with Mom."
"Kari is a friendly, down to earth knowledgeable attorney, and I would highly recommend her to everyone. I could not have done any of this without her. Thank you, Kari."
"I cannot recommend Frankfort Elder Law enough. Kari has walked my family through some very difficult crisis moments with my elderly parents. Her advice has been both spot on and caring."
"Beyond her competence and hard work, what makes her uniquely more valuable than many others is the fact that she truly cares."
"Kari has been a God send to me and my family. My wife has been in a care facility for over six years. Two years ago I attended a seminar lead by Kari and she looked into our case and assured me that my wife could qualify for Medicaid. She has worked diligently since that time to get the Medicaid coverage and to keep it."
"Everyone should go to her workshop to learn how to protect themselves and their assets. I highly recommend Kari Williams."

A middle aged couple had been making plans for how they would spend their retirement years. They were excited to use their retirement resources for travel and home repairs. Tragically, the 50 year old wife had a brain attack (stroke) resulting in severe dementia. She could not return home and resided in a nursing home. Her husband steadfastly visited daily and was going through their resources rapidly by continuing to private pay. Private pay at nursing homes for long term care run approximately $10,000 per month. After talking to Frankfort Elder Law, her husband learned that he could preserve funds through our planning and getting his wife on Medicaid. As he was still young as well, he was relieved to know that his life savings did not have to go to the nursing home, so that he did not need to worry about his care.
With our planning, a daughter-in-law was able to quit her fulltime position and be paid by her mother-
in-law’s resources for the care for the daughter-in-law provided. Mom was able to stay home for an
extra year due to her daughter-in-law caregiving. Had the family not talked to Frankfort Elder Law,
they would have had to send mom to a facility much earlier because she needed 24/7 care.
We received a frantic call requesting a will for a relative who was diagnosed with cancer. The relative had only a few weeks to live and had no will, health care documents or powers of attorney. The relative cried upon signing because she was so relieved. She passed less than a week later with her mind at peace.
